Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a Chinese medical treatment, which involves the insertion of very fine needles into specific points on the body to treat disease or control pain. More about acupuncture.

Myofascial Release

Fascia is a slightly mobile connective tissue which surrounds, protects, and supports all the other tissues
in the body including the muscles, brain and spinal cord. With trauma, inflammation and poor posture, the
fascia will tighten and pull the body out of alignment. Myofascial Release is a treatment program that
releases these fascial bonds an allow for proper posture, and healing to occur.

Magnetic Field/Laser Combination Therapy

This machine uses a low pulsating magnetic field and laser combined to stimulate and mobilize the cells of the body. This improves circulation and the function and metabolism of the cells.

This modality is especially suited for: sport injuries such as “Tennis Elbow”, afflictions of the support and locomotion systems, acute and chronic inflammatory processes, chronic and degenerative indications “Arthritis”, metabolic and circulatory disorders, and delayed wound and bone healing.

Vestibular Disorder Treatment

Vestibular Disorder Treatment is used to correct problems with dizziness, balance problems, and vertigo (a
spinning sensation) through exercises to increase balance function and reduce dizziness symptoms other
treatments might include repositioning maneuvers for B.P.P.V. (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) a
condition where crystals are caught in the inner ear.

ADP Assessments

ADP or the Assistive Devices Program is a government program which provides funding for equipment to keep people functionally mobile in their places of residence as long as possible.
MaryJo Pataki is an ADP Authorizer who can assess you to determine your mobility aids requirement and complete the paperwork required to access this funding. This is usually done in your home or treatment facility.

Functional Capacity Evaluations
